All appointments made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our online booking form are confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team. Walk-in guests are welcome 24/7, subject to therapist availability.
– Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the scheduled session, free of charge.
– Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.

If a guest fails to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the session amount (if pre-paid) will not be refunded.
– Refunds are generally not applicable once a session has been completed.
– If a session is cancelled by Ragini Spa, guests will be offered free rescheduling or a full refund.
– Dissatisfaction should be reported immediately during or after the session.
– Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Seasonal offers and discounted packages (including the AED 99 offer) are non-transferable and non-refundable once redeemed, unless the service was not delivered as promised.
Guests can reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability, by informing us at least 2 hours in advance.
